Have you ever felt completely overwhelmed by your own closet?

I have.

In Fact, I Remember Asking Myself, How Could My Closet Be Bursting With Clothes And I Still Felt Like I Had "Nothing To Wear?"

Have you ever felt completely overwhelmed by your own closet?

In Fact, I Remember Asking Myself, How Could My Closet Be Bursting With Clothes And I Still Felt Like I Had "Nothing To Wear?"

Back Then, I Was So Tired Of:

Looking faded and dull in my clothes, feeling like I was just guessing at what actually suited me while shopping, and dealing with a messy closet full of pieces that clashed with each other

And I Knew Exactly What I Wanted

To Feel Gorgeous and

Glowing in My Clothes, ALL

of Them

To Know Precisely What To Buy While Shopping

To Have A Coordinated Closet Where Everything Matched With Everything

But I had no idea how to make that happen.

Until I discovered seasonal color analysis.

As it turns out, not every shade flatters every person.

The wrong colors leave you looking faded, overwhelmed, tired, and older. The right colors bring out your natural beauty and leave you looking radiant and glowing!

PLUS, once you start shopping what I call "Color First," you simply scan the racks for your best shades and skip everything else! This was music to my efficiency-loving ears!!!

My theory was that if I always shopped "Color First," I'd look better, cut my shopping time way down, and naturally build a coordinated wardrobe through color alone!

So I tested the theory for a few months. And wouldn't you know it, it worked. From there, I became completely obsessed with helping other people find their best colors and discover this new way of shopping.

The problem, though, was that the seasonal color systems around at the time were outdated. So many of the colors recommended to me weren't even available in stores, which meant I had to build my own color palettes, ones that were:

• flattering,

• fun, and

• easy to find!

This was the era of my life when I went full "leave-me-alone-honey-just-order-the-kids-a-pizza" research mode.

I dug into everything there was to know about hair, skin, and eye color, and how those features shape our ideal palettes. From there, I built my very first set of color cards, which I revised several more times that same year.

A color card is your cheat sheet for buying clothing, built around your unique hair, skin, and eye color. Just match the colors on the card with the clothing in the store, and ta-da! You'll know you've chosen a wonderful color for you. Here's Kat (Sunlit Spring) showing off her color card.
